Overview

RiseOrFall is a stock prediction game developed by Luke Olson / JunkGames. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. No account creation is required. No login is needed. All game progress is stored locally on your device.

Tracking

RiseOrFall does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not participate in ad networks or data brokers. No App Tracking Transparency prompt is required because no tracking occurs.

Data We Collect

Data Not Linked to Your Identity:

• Usage Data: anonymous app feature usage and interaction events
• Diagnostics: app launch counts and session metadata

This data is collected via TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. All user identifiers are cryptographically hashed on your device before transmission. The resulting data cannot be used to identify you. We do not collect any data that is linked to your identity. For details on TelemetryDeck's data practices, see telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

Apple Services

We use Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases and GameKit for Game Center. These services are operated by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy.

When you use Game Center leaderboards, your Game Center display name and scores are visible to other players. This data is managed by Apple. You can control your Game Center profile in your device's Settings.

Data Retention

All game data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. Anonymous analytics data sent to TelemetryDeck is retained in aggregate form on their servers. See TelemetryDeck's privacy policy for their retention details.

Children's Privacy

RiseOrFall does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from any user, no age verification is required.

Your Rights (EEA/UK)

We process anonymous usage data based on our legitimate interest in improving the app (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Because all identifiers are hashed on-device and no personal data is collected, this data is not considered personal data under GDPR.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data concerning you. Because we do not collect personal data, we are unable to identify data associated with any individual user. If you have concerns, contact us at [email protected].

California Residents (CCPA)

We do not collect personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
